THE DAWN / ZORA
The second part of the Trilogy of the Sun was shot mostly in Italy.
At one point, a violent storm hit the mountains and stopped the shoot completely. The excavators brought in to save the houses built for the film were themselves swept away by the floodwater.
For a while, it wasn’t clear whether the shoot could continue at all.
Somehow, we did.
The film went on to screen at two A-list festivals — Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival and Karlovy Vary International Film Festival — and won four Golden Arenas at the Pula Film Festival: cinematography, editing, music and sound.

Drugi dio Trilogije sunca sniman je većinom u Italiji.
U jednom trenutku snažno nevrijeme pogodilo je planine i potpuno zaustavilo snimanje. Bageri dovedeni da spašavaju kuće izgrađene za film i sami su završili odneseni bujicom.
Neko vrijeme uopće nije bilo jasno hoće li se snimanje moći nastaviti.
Nekako jesmo.
Film je poslije prikazan na dva A-festivala — Tallinn Black Nights Film Festivalu i Karlovy Vary International Film Festivalu — te je na Pulskom filmskom festivalu osvojio četiri Zlatne arene: za fotografiju, montažu, glazbu i zvuk.
